By using Bermlog, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Bermlog is operated by an individual developer and is not affiliated with any lawn care company or product manufacturer.

Use of the service

Bermlog is a personal lawn care logging tool intended for individual, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute app content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

Your content

You own the data you enter into Bermlog (activity logs, notes, inventory). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and display that data solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell it.

Lawn care advice

Bermlog provides general reminders and guidance based on common Bermuda grass care practices. This is informational only — not professional agronomic advice. Results vary by climate, soil type, grass variety, and local conditions. Always read and follow product label instructions. We are not liable for any lawn damage or crop loss resulting from following app suggestions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bermlog. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (which is $0, as Bermlog is free).

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bermlog after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
